RECIPE FOR BREAD WITH TOMATOES

INGREDIENTS

SLICES OF BREAD (CAMPAGNE)

TOMATOES

OLIVE OIL

SALT

PREPARATION

Toast the bread under a hot grill or on a barbecue grid.  Cut the tomatoes in two halves and rub one side of the toast with a tomato half, allowing the juice, seeds and   pulp to soak into the bread.

Pour on a little olive oil, use a knife to spread the oil evenly over the tomato-soaked bread. Add some salt, and ready to eat!!
