RECIPE FOR MEXICAN BEAN DIP

 INGREDIENTS 

1/6 oz can of refried beans

½ cup Plain Mountain High Yoghurt

Tabasco sauce

Shredded cheddar cheese

Black olives

Sliced green onions

 

 

 

 

   

PREPARATION

Place refried beans in a medium saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring often, until heated through. Gently stir in yoghurt and continue heating, stirring occasionally, until heated through again. Stir in green chiles and add Tabasco sauce to taste. Garnish with shredded cheese, black olives, and green onions.

Serve in a glass or ceramic bowl with a basket of tortilla chips.
